Supervise all areas of the service of our guests to ensure adherence to JPH standards regarding quality, service, and cleanliness including:
Staffing (hiring, training, recruiting)
Controlling costs (labor, food costs, repairs, etc.)
Neighborhood marketing
Safety
Creating a pleasant work environment
Cash handling
Management Requirements
- Minimum High School Graduate or GED
- Eligible for city/state alcohol licensing
- Food Safety Certification (JPH pays for class)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must have valid liability insurance
- Must have a good driving record
- Energetic
